The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of critical AI projects, ensuring they are delivered with excellence, align with client needs, and drive measurable business outcomes. As a Senior AI Delivery Lead, you will lead cross-functional teams, facilitate workshops, and ensure our AI solutions are not only technically robust but also aligned with our clients' strategic goals. What You Bring

•Project leadership: Proven experience in managing complex AI projects, with a strong focus on delivery, quality, and operational excellence.
•Strategic ownership: Ability to own major value streams, lead project roadmaps, and act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
•Client-centric approach: Skilled in translating business needs into technical requirements, prioritizing use cases, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
•Stakeholder management: Experience in leading workshops, strategic discussions, and facilitating collaboration between technical teams and clients.
•Communication and coaching: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, coach team members, and provide strategic direction.
•Business focus: Strong business acumen with the ability to build client relationships, identify opportunities, and ensure projects deliver measurable value.
•Language skills: Fluency in Swedish and English is required.
•Location: This role is based in our Stockholm office and requires on-site work, either in our office or at client premises.
