The Role

Are you passionate about making AI agents run smoothly, securely, and efficiently in production? At Algorithma, an AI services company based in Stockholm and Gothenburg, we are looking for an AgentOps & Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure our AI systems operate reliably, integrating cutting-edge cloud infrastructure, observability, and automation to support our agent lifecycle. You'll work at the intersection of AI orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and operational tooling, playing a critical role in deploying, monitoring, and optimizing LLM-based agents. Your work will directly impact the reliability, scalability, and performance of our AI solutions, enabling our clients to leverage the full potential of intelligent automation.

What You Bring

  • •Cloud & infrastructure expertise: 3–5 years of experience building, maintaining, and optimizing cloud infrastructure to support AI agents, APIs, and workflows.
  • •Operational excellence: Hands-on experience deploying, monitoring, and operating LLM-based agents and orchestration workflows in production environments.
  • •CI/CD & automation: Ability to design and implement CI/CD pipelines for agents, tools, and supporting components, ensuring seamless and efficient deployments.
  • •Observability & reliability: Skills in implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and diagnostics to maintain agent health and system performance.
  • •Problem-solving: Experience in incident resolution, debugging, and driving operational improvements to enhance system reliability.
  • •Security & compliance: Knowledge of IAM, policies, and guardrails to ensure secure and compliant operations.
  • •Collaboration: Strong ability to work with AI Engineers, Delivery Leads, and Architects to create scalable, cost-efficient cloud solutions.
  • •Language skills: Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a plus.
  • •Location: This role is based in our Stockholm office and requires on-site work.

  • •Experience with retrieval systems, vector stores, or operational tooling for AI agents.
